Barbershop kid. Software builder.
Built by someone who grew up between the chairs, and got tired of software that hadn't.
The shops we come from run on walk-ins, WhatsApp and regulars on a rhythm. The software industry kept selling them marketplaces instead: pretty calendars with a commission model bolted on, built to own the client relationship that belongs to the shop.
Zero commission isn't a launch promo. It's the founding rule: Shearlane sells software for a flat price, and your clients stay yours. If we ever need a growth trick, it won't be a percentage of your chair.
The rest is on the roadmap, and the first hundred shops get a real say in what comes first.
Your lane to a fresh cut.
