Walk-in queue
Walk-ins take a ticket. You keep cutting.
A QR at the door replaces the paper list and the twenty “how long?” questions a day.

How it works
- 1A walk-in scans the QR at the door (or taps the link on your booking page) and joins the queue.
- 2They see their place and estimated wait live on their phone, from the café next door if they like.
- 3When the chair frees up, Shearlane sends “you’re next” on WhatsApp and slots them into the calendar.
Good to know
- What if someone just sits down and waits?
- Add them to the queue yourself in two taps. The board treats them exactly like a QR walk-in.
- Do appointments jump the queue?
- Appointments hold their slot; walk-ins fill the gaps. The calendar shows both in one lane, so there’s no arguing at the door.
