These terms cover the Shearlane website at ⁦https://shearlane.com⁩ and the early-access waitlist. The Shearlane product itself (trials, subscriptions, payments) will come with its own subscription terms at launch; nothing on this site creates a subscription.

The website

The site describes a product in active development. We work to keep everything on it accurate (pricing, competitor comparisons, capability descriptions), and we date and source our competitor claims. Still, the site is provided “as is”: features described here may ship differently, and pages may change without notice. Nothing on this site is professional advice.

Early access and Founding Shops

Joining the waitlist or the Founding Shops list costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. The Founding Shops offer (50% off for 12 months on any plan, for the first 100 shops) will be honored at product launch for valid signups, applied to the plan prices published at that time. One signup per shop location.

Competitor information

Comparisons on this site reference competitors’ public pricing as of the date shown, with sources linked. Those companies own their trademarks; they are named only for comparison.

Acceptable use of forms

Forms are for genuine interest in Shearlane. Automated submissions, scraping, and abuse are not allowed and may be filtered or blocked.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this informational website. Mandatory liability under law is not excluded.

Governing law

Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
